First post, good opportunity to highlight (1) the purpose of the Idea Ecosystem and (2) topics! So:
(1) This is about generating discussion, ideas, questions, and answers. I have a certain point of view, and that's fine, however this is about the ideas at large. What does the ecosystem have to say?
(2) Topics of interest are: sales and marketing in high/bio-tech, brand strategy, people management, organizational culture, conflict, innovation dynamics, knowledge sharing, design, and implementation. Pretty broad but we'll focus on key questions on drivers/ barriers to success.
